We have some great Bass fishin going on! The hardcore group fishing yesterday got a workout! If I was to tell you some of the numbers of shorts caught by some of these guys you would think I was lying! I have heard of a keeper or two but they never seem to get as far as the scale. Yesterdays "Striper Choice" was an AVA with the all important teaser (don't leave home without it!) in a chartrueuse. What they will prefer today is anybody's guess but you won't catch em sitting in front of your computer!
Todays weather isn't gonna be any better than yesterday - Rain likely through about midday. Highs in the upper 40s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph…becoming west with gusts up to 20 mph in the afternoon. Dress for it and join in the fun!
Last night I heard a customer call Mike a wit, he got it half right!
Another 10' Seeker is gone. This one is now 9'7" as the customer needed a little shorter rod. There are only a few blanks left and I doubt I will see any more till sometime next year. If you've been waiting to order its time. Remember you have a 4 to 6 week wait before completion and you can pay on it a little at a time so it doesn't hurt as much. Still looking for anyone wanting a 1418 so I can order them and get them in. They are a special order and will take some time to get made. They are made as I order them.
Grumpy should turn up his hearing aid. The customer said Grump was full of S _ _ T. My how things can get messed up……………Mike
